How Does ZakiPost Work?
The complete guide to creating your account, connecting your platforms, generating professional content and images, and publishing them with ease.
Create a New Account
Start your ZakiPost journey by creating your free account. No technical or marketing experience required — just sign up and get started immediately.
- Go to the registration page via Create a New Account and enter your basic information.
- Receive 1,500 free points immediately upon completing registration — enough to try all text and image generation features at no initial cost.
- After logging in, you will be automatically taken to the main dashboard where Content Studio is ready to use.
Content Studio
Content Studio is the starting point for everything in ZakiPost. You can access it directly from the side menu or via this link.

The Studio consists of two main parts:
🟡 Industry / Field
Choose your business sector (restaurants, clinics, stores, real estate…) so the system writes in the style and terminology specific to your field.
🟠 Product or Service Name
Enter the name of what you want to promote. Example: "Dr. Mohamed's Dental Clinic", "Al-Bayt Restaurant", "Digital Marketing Course".
🔴 Price
Add the price or any pricing value you want to highlight in the post.
🟣 Additional Details or Offers
Any extra information you want to include such as offers, discounts, working hours, etc. Example: "30% discount today only, free delivery".
🩷 Content Tone
Set the style you want the post written in: playful, formal, or emotional — and the system will follow that tone automatically.
🔵 Content Type
Choose between a regular post (suitable for daily engagement) or an advertisement (direct marketing copy aimed at conversion).
🟢 Target Platform
Specify the platform you'll publish on (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn…) so the writing style and text length are automatically adjusted to each platform's requirements.
Connect Social Media Platforms
To publish directly from within ZakiPost, you must first connect your accounts on the desired platforms. This is done from the Platform Settings page.

This section displays all available platforms. Each platform shows its current status (connected / not connected). Click on any platform to open its connection window.
There are two ways to connect each platform:
One-click quick connect
Manual setup via API keys
🟡 One-Click Quick Connect
Click the "Connect with [Platform Name]" button and the system will redirect you to the platform to grant permissions automatically — no developer or technical knowledge required. Available for all platforms except Twitter/X.
🔵 Manual Setup via API Keys
An alternative for technical users or those with a custom developer app. Enter the App ID, Secret Key, Page ID, and Access Token, then click "Save Credentials". To return to quick connect, use the "Back to Auto Connect" button.
Generate Content & Review Results
After filling in the Studio form, press the "Generate Content" button and the system will create a professional post in seconds, tailored to the platform, field, and tone you selected.

After generation, the post appears directly in the "Recent Generations" log (yellow arrow) next to the form. Each generation is recorded with the date, time, platform, field, and product so you can return to it at any time. You can also delete any old record using the delete icon. After generating, you can also select a different platform from the Platforms field (blue arrow) and generate a new version of the post optimized for that platform.
Review & Publish Your Post
After generating the text and image, a platform-specific modal opens displaying the post in its final format. At the bottom you'll find a set of buttons for full control.

🟢 Upload from Device
Above the file upload area, a "Upload from Device" link appears. You can drag and drop your files directly into the upload area, or click to select images and videos from your device, as an alternative to the generated image or in addition to it. The field supports multiple files (images and videos).
🟠 Generate Image
A button that reopens the image generation window if you want to change the image or regenerate it with different details.
🟡 Publish
The direct publish button for the selected platform. It activates automatically only after connecting the platform from Platform Settings. If the platform is not connected, the button appears in a "Not Connected" and disabled state. Once the connection is complete, the button becomes active and you can publish instantly with a single click.
🔴 Edit
Allows you to edit the post text directly from within the modal — whether by adding details, deleting sections, or rephrasing — before publishing or copying.
📋 Copy / Close
Copy the post text with a single click to use anywhere else, or close the modal to return to the Studio.
Generate a Professional Image
After generating the text, you'll find the "Generate Image" button at the bottom of the post window (orange arrow). Click it to open the image options window.

🟡 Image Details (Optional)
An optional text field where you write an additional description for the desired image. Your instructions take priority over the default settings. Example: "Red background, product on a table, bold text: Summer Sale 50% Off".
🔴 Select Image Size
Choose the aspect ratio that suits the platform from the available options: 1:1 (square — suitable for Instagram), 4:5 (portrait), 16:9 (landscape — suitable for YouTube and Twitter), 9:16 (vertical — suitable for Stories and TikTok), 3:4. The system automatically selects the best size for the chosen platform.
🟢 Skip / Cancel
Press "Skip" to generate the image with default settings directly without writing an additional description. Press "Cancel" to go back without generating an image.
🔵 "Generate" Button
After choosing the size and writing any additional details, press "Generate" and the system will begin creating a professional image customized for the post.
